This DVD series contains lessons from a guitarist with 30 years experience playing and teaching rhythm and lead lines to some of the worlds greatest classic rock tunes.  This series of DVD's uses a simple easy to follow method and covers each song completely.  It is designed to be an informal fun series of lessons, packing as much information on these songs as possible onto a recordable DVD.  Learn by close-up demonstrations, explanation and multi-speed views of the fingerings.  You progress at your own pace - playing easier parts first and picking up more each time you play it!

AC/DC - CLASSICS Volume 2

These boys are the embodiment of "less is more" - just straight basic rock n roll thats fun to rock out on.  They all are very small guys (ever see an SG look so BIG before as on Angus Young? :) but with their vintage Marshall's and basic hard rocking unique style they make a hell of a huge sound!  This is the 2nd DVD, Volume #2 but just barely scratches the surface of their extensive song catalog.  Many people gave their suggestions for volume 2 - some said to stay away from the well-known songs as they've been written out before in various TAB and magazines and I understand that, but most others still wanted to have the block busters everyone knows so well.  I tried to do some of both and hope this is helpful to many of you who are AC/DC and especially Malcolm & Angus Young fans.

This series tries to provide something for a wide range of abilities and levels but is geared toward Mid-Beginner thru Upper-Intermediate players.   This DVD attempts to cover each song in detail including most of the main lead parts.  The basic chords of most songs on this DVD are not extremely difficult and newer players may find this a good choice for practicing basic chord work.  However some of the guitar parts are known for mixing rhythmic lead lines which make them extremely fun to play and more interesting for intermediate players.   As always, this series is not recommended for completely new beginners without any chord experience or advanced players who already know the songs and ONLY want to learn leads note for note.  As always, the songs are covered completely including demos of the leads and some leads are shown in a bit more detail, so this DVD is recommended those in beginners who know chords and intermediate+ who want to completely learn these great songs.

You get 1 DVD that includes the following song lessons with instructional demos (approx. 15-30 min each).  DVD plays in any DVD player that supports current DVD standards.

 *This DVD series is not intended for Beginners - to get the most material on each DVD and get the most out of this DVD, players need to already have experience with the introductory basics of electric guitar (chords, strumming, picking).  These are best used by early to later Intermediate guitar players who are able to learn audio/visually and want to also help train their ear to be able to eventually learn songs themselves.  There is no TAB or written material included - done in an informal fun environment just like you would get if learning these songs with a private lesson (only way way less expensive!:).  A wide range of experience levels can benefit and with patience and practice newer players can benefit and continue learning along with these DVD's as their level and ability increases.
